Rubber track is a kind of rubber driving band composed of rubber compound, iron core, steel cords and fiber composite material. Rubber track runs on construction machinery, agricultural machinery, tracked carriers and compact tracked loaders.

Our rubber tracks do not need the overlapping bond joint used in traditional tracks, thus the problems associated with traditional rubber tracks are a thing of the past.

The Weakness of traditional rubber tracks is an overlapping inner cord.

The strength of our Rubbertracks is that there is a continuous wound wire cord inside the tracks, Our tracks are assembled by a specially made machine for the purpose of making a Continuous jointless track.

We has more experience in jointless rubber track technology. There is no overlapping joint on our steel cord. Therefore most of the problems associated with traditional rubber tracks are solved.

Rubber track is classified into conventional type and interchangeable type.

We have the ability to produce rubber track for conventional type and interchangeable type for 80series, for the width from 150mm-800mm, almost 1000kinds. Our plant has acquired ISO/TS: 16949: 2002
